Beyond Which There Be Dragons
Never Trust A Giant
Stupid giants. Sending us out in the desert with nary a thought to our well-being. Telling us to be careful because the desert is full of many barrels. I didn’t even see any damnable barrels. Not one. What they should have said was, “The desert is very hot. You should take this stuff with you.” or “Those horses are not going to do very well in the desert.” Instead we get some useless advice about barrels.
Although it wasn’t a complete disaster, I suppose. We’re alive, and the brown dragon very much is not. Although I’m not really looking forward to the trek home, at least we know what we’re in for now with the desert. And I suppose the giants are friendly enough.
